What are the fees and who pays them?

Superpeer has no monthly fees or any other recurring fees! Superpeer's platform is 100% free to use, so you won't pay anything if you host free calls and streams. The only time fees are applied is on payments made through Superpeer. Read below to understand the fee structure.

Call Fees

On Superpeer, you have the freedom to set your own rate and you get approximately 97% of the revenue each time your 1:1 service is booked!

Livestream, Series & Channel Fees

To help operate Superpeer's platform, including services like customer support and video conferencing, we charge a platform fee on all paid livestreams and channel subscriptions. Your followers will pay the price you have set in your subscription settings dashboard and you will receive their payment less 13%.

So, If you charge a Channel Subscription price of $100:

Your subscriber will pay $100

Transferwise Withdrawal Fees

When you decide to withdraw your balance from Superpeer, our payout provider Transferwise charges a small transaction fee that ranges from about $1 to a few dollars depending on what currency you are withdrawing your payment to, and how large your transfer is.
